We use your signed-in account identity, contact and delivery information, pet names, messages, reference photographs, design approvals and order history to maintain your drafts, produce personalized keepsakes, fulfill orders and provide support. Only upload images you have permission to use. Pet reference images are not placed in a public gallery by this service.
The site uses its hosting platform's database and file storage. PayPal processes payment details under its own terms; this store does not ask you to submit card numbers or PayPal passwords directly. Resend processes transactional email, and order information needed for delivery may be shared with the carrier. Service providers may process information outside your country.
Unused drafts and their photographs can be removed from your account. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of other records. Order, payment and support records may need to be retained for fulfillment, disputes and applicable recordkeeping obligations; we will explain any applicable restriction when handling your request. We do not use uploaded pet photographs for public advertising without separate permission.
